Product Description
Multifunctional anionic polymer that provides benefits in both hair and skin care products. It forms clear, flexible films, stable to temperatures exceeding 300°C to protect hair from heat damage and that quickly dissipate electric charge to prevent flyaway strands. Films contract upon drying to revitalize curls and tighten the skin, instantly reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
