Novel emulsion concentrate with a high internal phase developed to create everything from sprayable emulsions to gel-ream textures with few additional ingredients. Can also be used as an alternative to surfactant based solubilizers as it allows the incorporation of fragrance and additional oils into emulsion based systems avoiding the undesirable soaping, tackiness, and instability.
